Beautiful stock you have chosen, it goes well with the water theme.
I like the adding of the fish, as adding of colours, but also of an external element. I wouldn't have put them into bubbles though, it is a little overdone, and to me it doesn't make too much sense on the image here.
I like the composition of the image, her head is well placed, and I love the work you did one the eyes, it looks good but also a little scary!
